The Remix Story


Being an avid angler from a young age and loving everything carp I grew a huge interest in bait making. Then having the opportunity of working at various bait companies i grew a wider knowledge so I decided to start making my own hookbaits to give myself a slight edge against other anglers, who were using similar baits to one another. 'The Secrets' were originally designed over a decade ago for my local reservoir and then were tweaked to improve my catch rate at a regular venue I fished  Furzebray Carp Lakes,  and other South West venues. After being asked by numerous friends what the 'Secret' was, I started to distribute small batches of my hookbaits amongst friends to see how they performed at various other venues around the country.

After getting extremely positive feedback from friends that were using the baits, and getting a buzz for both them and myself when hearing about big catches and PB's using my baits, and with the increase of time I found myself with during the lockdown period, I thought it was the perfect time to launch Remix Baits.
